GloComply was founded in 2023. After the pandemic, regulation in major markets tightened noticeably: the U.S. rolled out the MoCRA cosmetics rules, FSVP importer enforcement became routine, and the EU stepped up CPSR/PIF inspections. More and more exporters discovered that product compliance is no longer a certificate you patch on before shipping — it is a system that runs from formula and labeling through the entire import path. That is the environment in which we began solving import and sales compliance problems for our clients.

Our approach is to break compliance into a clear, ordered path: first determine which regulations apply to the product and target market, then complete registration, notification, label review, and import arrangements in the right sequence. Every recommendation is grounded in the actual product, market, claims, and transaction structure — never a one-size-fits-all template.

The team works across Shenzhen, China and New York, USA. The Shenzhen team sits close to factories and brands, and knows how supply chains and product documentation really work; the New York team works inside the FDA and USDA regulatory context and the U.S. execution network. Together, the two offices keep communication and filings moving without time-zone dead zones.
